Healthy Healing Habits mission is to empower women to be WORTHY NOW and let go of limiting beliefs so they can step into the true version of themselves and help them discover their vision for their health. When we are out of alignment with our purpose it manifests in our daily lives in the form of eating disorders, drug, sex, and food addictions, anxiety attacks, mysterious illnesses, weight problems, or digestive issues.  I offer accountability, support, and the systems and tools that help women.

It seems in our society we are always striving for that elusive perfectionism.  But what if we just once embraced our imperfections?  What if we stopped caring what people thought and instead belie7 days Trainingved I am Enough?  I am worthy.   We have to move past our own shame and vulnerability to open the door to leading a fuller life.  I have experienced that these roadblocks can keep us from reaching our goals in our health and our lives.

It takes courage to live a life FULL OUT, to put yourself on the line, to stand up and go against the norm and do what YOU want and not what everyone wants of you.  It takes compassion to know you are worthy RIGHT Now, in this moment, and not when some great thing in the future happens.

I work with women to completely resolve their struggles with poor body image, disordered eating and hormonal issues so they can resolve emotional eating patterns, love their bodies and heal their hormones without diets or deprivation through individualize programs. 

I offer PRIVATE Programs, Group Programs, VIP Days, Workshops and Weekend Retreats.
